The studio treatments can only be catered for one person at a time.

No children under the age of 13 are allowed in the studio during client's treatment time unless they have an ear piercing appointment. Please make sure your children have a babysitter the day of your appointment, as the studio DOES NOT have child insurance and no one to watch your children while treatment is being performed. It is the studios policy not only for the child's safety, but to make sure every appointment goes smooth and timely manner for each client. 

It is awesome to arrive early to your appointment but would love if you could come no earlier then 10 minutes. Being back to back with appointments I cannot afford to run behind as I want to ensure all my clients get the best treatment they can with no rushed timing. If you are any later then 10 minutes your appointment will be forfeited and charged as a 'No Show' with a 100% surcharge. 

With appointments you have up to 48 hours to reschedule or cancel your appointment. You can do this via your confirmation text as well or if it wont allow please email or message the studio. If within 48 hours your appointment will be cancelled with a 50% surcharge. If you have no showed an appointment it is 100% surcharge without any contact you will be blocked as a client and unable to make any future appointments.

You have up to 48 hours prior to your appointment to cancel/reschedule, if it's within your deposit will be forfeited with a 100% surcharge and you will have to make another booking with a new deposit. 

Please also ensure your skin is prepped and have followed pre care instructions correctly for your appointment or it will be cancelled with a 100% surcharge and you will need to rebook with a new deposit.
